We drove around a bit, getting as far at Bayonne, which is not very far. It was pretty, but it didn't have a beach to admire, so we didn't stay.
On the way back to Sopelana, Tony suggested we stop at a Spanish town up the road. He said he'd heard it was pretty with some attractions. So we stopped, and found a small working town with nothing going on. Eventually Tony said that since we had all been coming up with suggestions of where to go, he thought he'd give it try, even though he didn't know a thing about the town!
