Another strange week. We came back south, to Redlands this time, and spent a week at Missions RV Park, which is the closest RV park we could find near the town of Corvina. The draw of Corvina is a big Costco. Costcos have lots of big air conditioners and Ed knows most of the managers, so he is working to get them signed into the Optimization program. But we still aren't approved as a company and until that happens, we can't do any work in the program. So we are making do with some local maintenance work, and still trying to learn the trade.
On the 4th of July we did something we've been wanting to do for a long time - put down a new floor! Putting a floor down in an RV is challenging. You have to work around the driver and passenger chairs, there are all sorts of different edges to butt up against, and one wall slides in over the floor. We didn't get the trim done, but in less than a day we put down a lovely wood floor in the whole front section, back to the bathroom. It's been a long time coming, and it makes such a difference!
