One week in Riverside

This week we went over to an RV park in Hemet to check out a potential Workamper position. Along the drive I saw that the drought has changed some of the mountains. Many of them do not have any foliage at all, just dirt and rocks; it looks like a big dump truck backed up and dropped a huge load of rubble.
At the RV park there were a some good things about the position, but it required 4 days a week (2 for each of us) for just the site and we would still have to pay for electricity, so we passed.

On the way back to Riverside we stopped at a Winco. Winco is an employee-owed grocery store found in the South and Southwest. We wish it was more widespread because we usually find some good deals there. Among other things, they have fresh honey.

At home Randy is working on the RV. He already found and fixed a leak along the roofline; the next step is to replace the seal around the slide.

And this week we joined the local Planet Fitness. They are running a special this month - $10 to join and $10 a month. That's too good to pass up; now I have to do my part and use it!
